Losing a lot of time figuring out the Products and Product Areas layout. It is pretty much impossible to come up with a correct and permanent layout for it right from the start: as you groom your i9mported backlog and new requests submitted, you simply realize that the Products and Product Areas layout you envisioned earlier doesn't work as intended, and you need to change it (a new feature request just doesn't fit into your current layout for whatever reason).
I have to reorganize a bunch of things all the time, and updateing the Products and Product Areas ir rather tricky. Oftentimes, there are duplicate Areas created too, or you just want to merge something - but merge doesn't esist for Products and Product Areas. Again, losing a lot of time on this...
