The Savio web interface has a lot of quirly and weird UX/UI decisions in it. From some views it is really easy to edit everyting, while in others, it is suport clunky.
One of those is tags, which is one of the things that can be unique to every single piece of Feedback. You can easliy miss something, or update the tag scheme, or for the tags need to be reveiwed/updated for whaevever other reason, which seems to be a lot (especially for new users). Not being able to edit tags without leaving the interface and opening a new page is really timeconsuming - I'm wasting a lot of time on it.
For example, if I want to go over tags in all Feedback listed under a specific Feature Request, here's how I currently have to do it:
Navigate to Feedback and click on the three-dot menu
Use Ctrl+Left mouse click to click on Edit (open it in a new tab)
Go through the entire Feedback list (opening up new tabs for 12 individual Feedback items, for example)
Update the tags and click on Save for each
This is a really old-schoole way of doing it. You should be edit tags without even leaving the initial view youēr in. The tags are already listed for each Feedback, so all you need to to is treat it like a "box of bubbles". I'm not sure what to correct UI term is for it, but simply look how its done in Zendesk Support interface: you have a box on the left, and you can just click on any tag to remove it, and add new tags from there too. You don't even have to highlight the box to start revmoving unwanted tgas, as each tag already has an "x" in it, so clikcing on any "x" on a tag already removes it AND highlights the box, soi that you can start typing to add new tags.
All this is done without ever leaving the current interface/page/view. The oldschool approach or going to Menu > Edit > Open a bunch of items in new tabs > Do the updates > Save... it's all completely unncecessary.
