Push Feedback and Feature Request updates to Slack

Description
There are two scenarios we've heard for pushing feedback to Slack:

Learn about new feedback by pushing notifications to a Slack channel when feedback gets triaged

Keep abreast with product planning via Slack notification (e.g. push to a channel when a Feature Request moves to "In Progress" or "Shipped")
Activity
want to be able to expose the team to feedback
Would increase transparency in the Product process and allow them to more easily track the features that are important to them.
