TMS records original requested pick up and delivery (estimated or not) date. Provide reporting to the broker for any loads that vary from those dates, even if the broker adjusts later.
For instance - set to pick Monday June 1, delivery Friday June 5. LTL actually picks up Tuesday June 2 - flag as variance to original.
Set to pick Monday June 1, carrier calls and says they're late and will get June 2, broker resets pick to June 2 - flag as variance to original. Same applies for delivery.
This is a need as brokers are being asked to report on OTP/OTD with large customers and they need to report to original setting, not adjusted setting of those OTP/OTD dates.
