This thing is a real pain - when I want to select a feedback category for a peice of feedback, and I hover, scroll through the feedback categories following a partial match, the modal displaying the categories feedback covers the feedback I'm trying to assign to a feedback category. This a real pain, a real pain, and wastes a lot of time as I has to go forwards and backwards to see the feedback I'm trying to categorise. Just try this and you'll see what I mean. If there was one reason I would suggest to my business to go for another feedback management tool, it would be this. Can you please, please organise your UI so elements don't block each other out (I need to see both to categorise).
