Sync Feature Requests to Shortcut

Description
This is to track the status of a feature while it's under development.
For this we'd:

Let you push a button in Savio to create a Clubhouse issue (OR link a Savio Feature to a Clubhouse Issue)

Show the link to the Clubhouse issue in Savio

When the Clubhouse issue is moved to an "In Progress" state, we'd mark the Feature as "In Progress" in Savio
-
When the Clubhouse issue is Closed, mark the feature as Shipped in Savio (and potentially notify you by e.g. email)
