This is to track the status of a feature while it's under development.

For this we'd:

Let you push a button in Savio to create a JIRA issue or Epic (OR link a Savio Feature to a JIRA Issue/Epic)
Show the link to the JIRA issue in Savio
When the JIRA issue is moved to an "In Progress" state, we'd mark the Feature as "In Progress" in Savio
When the JIRA issue is Closed, mark the feature as Shipped in Savio (and potentially notify you by e.g. email)
